Ingredients:

  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 cup + 2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Protein powder, or other powder
  • Ice, if preferred

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired.
