This new spin on avocado toast packs a creamy, tangy punch! It's a great way to use up leftover Lemon-Tahini Dressing. Simply drizzle some on top to take avocado toast to a whole new level.

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice bread, toasted
  • 1/4 large avocado, thinly sliced
  • Lemon-Tahini Dressing, for drizzling
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Coarse or fine sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Gather all of the ingredients so they are ready when your toast pops.
  2. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  3. Layer on the sliced avocado.
  4. Top with a generous drizzle of dressing, and a pinch of red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
