A simple 5-ingredient creamy green smoothie recipe. It takes just a couple minutes to throw together and it's quite filling!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5-2 cups water, as needed to thin to your desired consistency
  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen kale
  • 2-3 tablespoons avocado
  • 1 serving of your favourite protein powder

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If you have a Vitamix, use the tamper stick to get things moving.
