This smoothie bowl is a feast for the eyes—and the stomach! Its thick and creamy texture is thanks to coconut milk and heart-healthy avocado. The decadent-tasting smoothie has the perfect texture for adding all kinds of toppings to "float" on top and eat with a spoon!

Ingredients:
For the smoothie bowls:
- 1 (14-ounce/398 mL) can light coconut milk
- Heaping 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- Heaping 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) fresh lime juice (optional)
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons (22.5 to 30 mL) pure maple syrup, to taste
- 3 ice cubes, or as desired
Suggested Toppings:
- Fresh or frozen and thawed strawberries, sliced
- Fresh or frozen and thawed raspberries
- Granola
- Hemp hearts
- Almond butter
- Large-flake dried coconut
Directions:
- Add all smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until super smooth. Adjust sweetness if desired. Likewise, add more ice if a colder smoothie is desired, and blend again.
- Pour into 2 bowls, and top with your desired toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy with a spoon!
