This new spin on avocado toast packs a creamy, tangy punch! It's a great way to use up leftover Lemon-Tahini Dressing. Simply drizzle some on top to take avocado toast to a whole new level.

Ingredients:
- 1 slice bread, toasted
- 1/4 large avocado, thinly sliced
- Lemon-Tahini Dressing, for drizzling
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Coarse or fine sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Gather all of the ingredients so they are ready when your toast pops.
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- Layer on the sliced avocado.
- Top with a generous drizzle of dressing, and a pinch of red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
