Frozen blueberries and raspberries lend this smoothie its stunning mulberry hue. Coconut butterĀ lends additional creaminess, and pure maple syrup offsets a bit of tartness from the raspberries. This is a great smoothie to serve when the temperatures are rising and you need a mid-day refresher.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14-ounce/398 mL) can light coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Adjust sweetness if desired. Serve and enjoy a sip of paradise!
